Fee Schedule 2010

 

 

Speech Language Therapy:                                     $50.00/half hour - individual

                                                    on school campus: $55.00/half hour - individual

Typically, children attend therapy twice weekly for 30 minutes.      

 

Reading Therapy:                                                     $70.00/45 minutes - individual

Two proven methods:                                                  $80/60 minutes - individual

Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children’s                   assessment w/o report - $100

Rite Flight Comprehension and Reading Rate Program        assessment w/ report - $250

The Shelton School of Dallas’

Sequential English Education Program (SEE)

 

Social Skills Groups:                                                 $850.00

Direct teaching by Amber Cloy, MS CCC/SLP; both verbal and non-verbal social skills followed by application learning with Cherie Bennett Social Thinking Mentor.

When school in is session, these small group classes are offered after school-45 minutes per session.  During the summer, the classes are offered at various times and dates-1 hour and 15 minutes per session. (Summer sessions are priced seperately.)

Assessments

All evaluation fees include:  parent interview, testing, written report, and parent conference.

 

Articulation Assessments:                             $200.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)

Includes oral-motor evaluation.

 

Speech and Language Assessments:

Ages: 4 and younger:                                    $300.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)

 

Ages: 5-7 years:                                             $600.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)

 

Ages: 8 years and up:                                    $900.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)

 

Auditory Processing Battery:

$900.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)                                     

Following, or in conjunction with, an evaluation conducted by a certified audiologist.

Referrals upon request.

                                                                                   

Diagnostic Therapy:

An assessment conducted in an individual therapy setting at the discretion of your child’s therapist.  This assessment may be administered over a series of sessions.

Standardized testing is utilized during the session to assist in setting baseline goals and to reveal strengths and weaknesses. A verbal report is included.

Same as regular therapy rate: $50/half-hour

Diagnostic Therapy Report:

A formal written report on the findings of diagnostic therapy.

Requested within 4 weeks of diagnostic therapy: $250

Requested more than 4 weeks after diagnostic therapy: $500

 

Social Skills Assessments:

 

Social Cognition/Social Communication Assessment WITH Observation:

$900.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)

Speech Language Pathologist administration and interpretation

Abilities or deficits are identified and described utilizing Michelle Garcia Winner’s “I LAUGH” model of social communication components, along with other proven assessment tools. Observation in school setting, if applicable, with report included.

Standardized testing given as appropriate.

 

Social Cognition/Social Communication Assessment WITHOUT Observation:

$450.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)

Speech Language Pathologist administration and interpretation

Abilities or deficits are identified and described utilizing adaptations from Michelle Garcia Winner’s “I LAUGH” model of social communication components, along with other proven assessment tools. This form of assessment does not include an observation outside of our clinic. Written report included.

 

Social Cognition/Communication Observation ONLY :

$550.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)

Speech Language Pathologist administration and interpretation

An observation of your child in a social setting (i.e. school, mother’s day out program, etc.) to assess implementation of social skills in their everyday environment. A written report is included. The purpose of this observation is to set individual goals and recommend the appropriate program for your child.

                                                                                                                                               

Therapeutic Outing:

$50/half hour; minimum one hour session

The therapist structures an outing in a local, age-appropriate social setting with a 1:2 therapist/student ratio. The goal of the outing is to increase social awareness and use of social skills in a “real life” setting. The therapist includes instruction time as well as review time in the outing. These outings are open to children who have attended social skills therapy and are deemed suitably proficient by the therapist.

 

Social Cognition/Social Communication Assessment WITH Observation:

$500.00 ($100.00 non-refundable deposit)
